Panel Vent Board
10mm thick structural sheathing, (replaces OSB board.) and also significantly enhances the insulation values

Knauf or Isover Insulation
200mm thickness of insulation for the external walls

YBS breather membranes
Bubble breather membranes for walls and roof along with the bubble vapour barrier. If used in conjunction with the Panel vent board and Knauf or Isover insulation, depending on external wall finish it is possible to achieve a U value of 0.15 to 0.16. Depending on roof construction, with the use of the bubble membrane and Supaquilt similar U values can be achieved.

Staircase
Factory finished in clear lacquer manufactured in Redwood. These stairs can be made in Birch and can also be colour stained. Manufactured in Finland.

External windows and doors
Wood with aluminium external cladding or UPVC.

Internal doors
Factory clear lacquered solid Pine doors with pre-hung frames, fitted locks and handles. Various designs available also flush panel doors. Manufactured in Finland and UK depending on design.

Wood burners
A full range of wood burners and ranges can be supplied upon your request. We use several manufactures and offer modern and traditional wood burners.

Heat recovery and ventilation systems
With a heat recovery and ventilation system fresh air is brought into the house whilst the stale air is exhausted to the outside leaving a fresh, clean feel to your home. Because the incoming air passes through a heat exchanger no heat is lost during the transfer which means the system can be run through out the year without the need for windows to be opened. A summer bypass can be selected during the summer months to draw in the cool fresh air if desired.

Underfloor heating
If underfloor heating is your desired method of heating in your home then we can offer excellent prices on underfloor heating kits. We use a Uk based manufacture who produce high standard products with full guarantees. Ask us for more information.

Saunas
Indulge yourself with one of our Finnish saunas. A perfect end to a long week. Made from Finnish pine and supplied with electric heater and benches. The sauna like our house kits comes in kit form with instructions for assemble. Current kit is to be fitted inside your house or shed. (electrical supply required)

Don't let the British summer spoil your fun. With a Grillhouse you can have a BBQ all year round, even in the winter! Built to high standards and comes in kit form. Kit includes roof tiles, BBQ grill, chimney and Finnish goodies!
